These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChalkNFilm, a flag football coaching app and website at chalknfilm.com (the "Service"), operated by ChalkNFilm ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One login is intended for one coach; head coaches may invite assistant coaches through the app's team-seat feature.
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
To cancel, manage your subscription from your account or email [email protected]. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel through that store's subscription settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sharing your access to circumvent seat limits, uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to harass others. You retain ownership of the coaching content and film you upload; you grant us the limited right to store and display it to you and your team so the Service can function.
You are responsible for the game film, images, and information you add. Only upload content you have the right to use. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be discontinued. Live film sessions depend on your internet connection and third-party video infrastructure.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChalkNFilm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
